Belimuno HR outsourcing solution was established in 2012 as Belimuno recruiting service to provide manpower outsourcing services. Since then it has been outsourcing security guards, cleaners and construction workers for various renowned organizations. During its course of operation, Belimuno expanded its services to include professional manpower supply, consultancy and HR training services which in turn made it improve its name to Belimuno HR outsourcing solution.
The company currently has an annual turnover of about 200 million birr and is one of the fast growing firms in the sector. Its clients include international NGOs like WFP, NRS and FHI; International construction firms like China Genzuba group, Dong Fang electrics, Kalpataru group and Alec fitout engineering. Belimuno is currently managing over 3000 employees for 36 organizations.
